Highland Nazarene Church has something for children of all ages. Nursery care for babies and toddlers up through 3 years old during Sunday services and on Wednesday evenings. Sunday School classes for preschool age and 1st - 6th grade, 9:45 - 10:30 am. Children's Church for 1st-6th grade and a class for preschool during 2nd service from 10:45 am - 12:00 pm.
Children's Church has activities that are Bible based as well as others designed for fun.

Our Wednesday night children's activities are for children of all ages and meet at 6:30 pm. 
Throughout the year there are a number of special activities for children.
  • Vacation Bible School
  • Children's Christmas Program
  • Family Fun Fair
  • Easter Egg Hunt
  • Sleepovers
  • Labor Day Picnic
Everyone who works with children and teens at Highland Nazarene has met the following criteria;
  • Attended church regularly for at least 6 months
  • Passed a nationally certified criminal background check
  • Gone through Child Abuse Awareness Certification and interview
  • Shown consistency in their spiritual walk and commitment to God
Michelle Mullins has over 20 years experience working with children and teaching them about Jesus. We also have a large group of dedicated volunteers who work with our children.
